Francis & Associates has divided the country into distinct regions.  A Regional Field Manager (RFM) directly supervises each of our investigators within a region. Our Regional Field Managers are committed professionals and exceptional investigators, averaging almost 45 years of law enforcement, military and/or insurance investigation & surveillance experience. Regional Field Managers are directly responsible for proper staffing, and maintenance – along with the continuous guiding, training, and development of Francis & Associates Field Investigators within their local region. This is accomplished through online training initiatives, formalized in-person training sessions, one-on-one case pairings, along with effective communication. Our Regional Field Managers ensure that Francis & Associates have the chief line of business, and specific field force within the industry.  Our RFM’s guide the careers of our Field Staff as they continuously distinguish themselves in the field and conduct themselves in accordance with our code of ethics.

Francis & Associates investigators average from 10 to 15 years of individual experience and are licensed in the states where they currently work. Our employees have a clear understanding and appreciation of the statutory requirements and professional investigative techniques. All of our investigators have received directed and extensive training on Francis & Associates policies, procedures, legal issues, claims practices and proven field strategies. Francis & Associates use state-of-the-art technology, which provides our customers with the superior level of performance they demand.
