Mr. Francis has a degree in Criminal Justice and has been in the private investigations industry for over 19 years. During that time, he has specialized in insurance investigations, risk management and covert information gathering. Mr. Francis places a high emphasis on leadership, teamwork, responsibility and professionalism.
